Join us for another fun afternoon for mind, body & spirit upliftment.
A wonderful mixed programme of yoga, mindfulness movement, meditation and shamanic breathing techniques.
You will gain a deeper insight in to these wonderful spiritual practices, which will leave you feeling renewed and rebalanced. 
We provide:
Yoga mats, blankets, light bites and water.
Please bring a light veggie/vegan lunch.
