Avoid Self Sabotage and Get the Results You Want - How to avoid self sabotage and get what you really want in life
How Stress Sabotages Your Health and Weight - Understand what stress does to your health and weight and what to do about it
Staying Healthy For Life - How you can stay healthy for life and never worry about your weight, cholesterol levels etc…..
The programme includes a free, downloadable recipe book.
