We are on a mission to make the reuse repair and redistribution of surplus furniture, equipment and supplies mainstream in organisations.
As a stakeholder in making reuse happen in your organisation, we want to give you the ideas, tools and tips to help you do that in the most effective way possible.
The Warp It Workshops are an ongoing series of regional events designed to help you maximise reuse in your organisation, by sharing ideas and experiences with others in similar positions. 
Warp It customers and other interested parties are invited. 
Attend these workshops if you are interested in maximising reuse and repair in your organistion.

10.00 Welcome: Teas and coffees

Session 1 Buy in and making progress
10.10 Introduction
10.20  5 ways to get senior buy in and more resources to support your reuse program.
TBC,  draws from numerous sustainability projects, to give you top tips on getting senior buy and ongoing resources for your reuse program.
10.40 5 Barriers to Reuse and how to overcome!
TBC has smashed his reuse target 5 times over this year. In this session he discusses the barriers he has faced getting staff to adopt reuse practices and gives you his top tips for success.
11.00 Breakout session. How can you get commitment from varying stakeholders?
How to get procurement, FM, senior managers, capital development , operational or general staff excited about reuse. What are their hooks? What are their objections?  What do they struggle with on a day to day basis? Each team will be given a persona to explore from the above. You will come up with ideas on how to get them to adopt reuse practices. 

Session 2 Increasing participation and inter agency collaboration
11.20 The future. How the circular economy will affect your procurement and disposal policies. An alternative approach. The future of furniture services
TBC talks about the furutre of furniture services and how we will adopt circular economy principles and change our purchasing and disposal practices in this arena. 
11.40 Getting Facilities Managers onboard with reuse and donating assets to charity.
TBC, gives an insight into getting reuse embedded into FM practice and donating assets to other agencies and charities.  
12.00 Breakout and lunch.

Session 3 Innovation Sessions. Hosted by TBC
12.00 Innovation idea generator.
What gives you the most headache at work? What is always on your to do list? What is the most expensive action? What takes the most time? What makes you say "There must be an easier way?". 
In this "eat and think" break out session you will split into groups relating to your own area of expertise. Waste, FM, Procurement, Sustainability etc . We will explore the common problems that you **** in pursuing your day to day objectives. We will identify common areas of pain and you will start to generate some ideas to ease that pain.
12.30 What will organisational reuse look like in 2020 and 2025? 
Building on the work you have done in the break out sessions, we ask how can how we can better solve reuse and repair issues in large organisations.
13.00 Service development innovation. What solutions do you need to maximise your impact?
Building on the work you have done exploring pain points in your expertise area, in this session we seek to group assess the most fruitful ideas for futher development.
13.45  The way forward: How to set up a city and region wide sharing network. 
TBC wraps up the event with an action plan on how to facilitate more collaboration between the main players in your city and region. You will leave this session with a clear way forward. 
14.00 Conculsion discussion and networking
