Public Lecture Series: Claire Breay - Curating ‘Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms: Art, Word, War’ at the British Library, St Peter's Church, Tuesday, 26. March 2019

The second University of Sunderland Public Lecture for 2019 welcomes Claire Breay - Head of Ancient, Medieval and Early Modern Manuscripts.
This lecture discusses the preparation for the recent exhibition ‘Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms: Art, Word, War’, with a focus on the biblical manuscripts from the kingdom of Northumbria brought together in the exhibition.
This lecture takes place in the fitting venue of St Peter's Church.
This event is free and open to the public.
Please note that registration, tea and coffee will be available from 6pm.The Lecture will start at 6.30pm.
Free parking is available at the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peters.
