ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
These zest enhancing one day workshops will show you how to quiten the mind, nourish the body and inspire new belifes that ignite lasting change and long term wellbeing.
Workshops and practical demonstations offer a hands on opportunity to learn new skills and equip you with the tools and reseources needed to regain control of life and maintain that momentum going forward.
The Vitality Re-Bot workshops will cover:
- Emotional eating: understanding our responses to triggers and how to overcome these.
- Body Scan: recognising our relationships with ourselves and others followed by open discussion.
- Demonstrrations: how  to make a nutrient packed smoothie and a delicious spelt bread. Explanations on why these foods are so good for us and an opportunity to sample the results!
- Mindfulness outside: exploring thoughts, sounds and movement within the beautiful natural setting of Dawlish Manor House.
- Understanding how stress affects us: how to rejuvinate the digestive system with simple yet effective changes that support long lasting wellbeing.
 
These will be highly experiential workshops. Come with an open mind and a curious attitude.  Be prepared to challenge and disrupt any of your unhelpful thinking of the past – particularly where you know it hasn’t served you. 
These events are a game changer both in terms of thought and eating patterns.  Bring a whole new vitality to your life, and understand how to make informed decisions on what you choose to process, either mentally or digestively.

Sue Haswell

Sue Haswell, founder of  a qualified Mindfulness Trainer, Coach, Stress Management Consultant (ILM and SMS qualified) and Laughter Yoga Teacher.
Through years of experience and her own meditation and mindfulness practice, she has developed a unique and richly relaxing blend of wellbeing and stress management which brings together a number of practices from Laughter Yoga
Supporting people to understand their emotional intelligence and behavioural traits means she encourages her clients to learn and adopt mindfulness techniques. Sue is keen to bring mindfulness into every element of her life and work – and through that to bring it to everyone she is in contact with.  She loves showing people how they can support themselves by separating out their beliefs and thoughts, and gain more understanding on how both beliefs and thoughts are driving actions – which may often not be productive or work out so well.

Allegra Scott is a Registered Nutritional Therapist running the busy Allegra Nutrition clinic in Exeter,

Over the years, Allegra developed a keen interest in the therapeutic use of nutrition since realising the amasing impact that it had on her own health and wellbeing. Her passion for health and regaining that essential zest for life led her to train with the prestigious London College of Naturopathic Medicine (CMN). She gained her Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine after three years of studying both biomedicine and the fundamentals of Functional Medicine. 
As a highly respected therapist, Allegra has her own practice in central Exeter and speciallises in supporting clients that have suffered with the effects of stress. As she guides clients back to wellbeing, she is keen to demystify the often mindboggling world of nutrition, supplements and genetic testing. Taking a highly individualistic and practical approach she steadily guides each client as they regain control of their diet and lifestyle acheiving optimal health and lasting vitality.
