We are recruiting for a number of Occupational Therapist’s (Bands 5 - 7) who share our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
Day to day your role will include a designated clinical caseload, providing evidence based assessments and interventions, working as an integrated and valued member of our multidisciplinary team. You will be welcomed into a supportive, creative and motivated multidisciplinary team that has a strong respect for and commitment to Occupational Therapy and practice development.
All of our clinical work is underpinned by holistic and specialist clinical skills which encompasses Occupational Therapy assessment, treatment and management of patients

There are regular Occupational Therapy Continued Professional Development (CPD) days and opportunities to actively contribute to and influence the development of the Occupational Therapy department moving forwards.
It is essential that you will hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, be a strong team player, and have excellent communication skills. It is recommended that you have some post-qualification experience; however, newly qualified individuals with the ability to work independently most of the time are welcome to apply.
You must be able to demonstrate evidence of core OT skills, and be registered with the Health Professions Council.
At this very exciting event you will be able to meet some of our existing staff who will be available to provide first hand advice and guidance on roles in therapies as well as some of our support services staff who will be able to talk about their experiences within the Trust.
There will be a presentation from our colleagues at 10am, with practical experience / simulation opportunities throughout the session.
We will also be running interviews on the same day.
