Meditation Day Course: Why Do I Get Angry?, Drolma Buddhist Centre, Saturday, 13. July 2019

"To solve the problem of anger, we first need to recognize the anger within our mind, acknowledge how it harms both ourself and others, and appreciate the benefits of being patient in the **** of difficulties. We then need to apply practical methods in our daily life to reduce our anger and finally to prevent it arising at all."
From 'How to Solve Our Human Problems' by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
Anger is the most destructive mind and this course will examine why it arises and how we can respond to difficult situations with a calm and peaceful mind.
The day comprises three one-hour sessions with guided meditations and a talk with experienced Meditation Teacher Sue Leeks.
Everybody welcome, no experience needed. Refreshments and a light vegetarian lunch are included.
