Learn to Lift, Short Courses and CPD, Wednesday, 25. September 2019

This 6-week course will teach participants learn how to safely lift weights and get fit in a friendly and supportive environment.
The hour-long sessions will be held in the Performance Education Centre and will offer two levels of difficulty to cater for all experience and fitness abilities, from beginners to budding Olympians.
Level 1: An Introduction to Weight Training
Individuals with little to no gym experience. Focus on movement coordination and the learning of exercises.
 Level 2: An Introduction to Strength Training Individuals with some gym experience looking to increase load and variability into their gym routine.
