Registration will open from 9am and the event will close around 4:30pm followed by a drinks reception. There will be a lunch break and two refreshment breaks throughout the day. Lunch will be provided. Halal and vegetarian options will be provided.

This full-day conference will examine topical areas of immigration law and is a follow-up event of last year’s conference and the 2017 EU Law & Post-Brexit Immigration Conference (featured in the Free Movement Blog here -  on the Napier University News here - )

 

Like every year, a donation will be made to the World Care Foundation, a humanitarian and refugee charity with a 100% donation policy.

 

Delegates will have an opportunity to hear from distinguished Counsel at the Scottish and English Bar as well as expert practitioners from leading immigration firms throughout Scotland. 

The event will be chaired by Bilaal Shabbir, an Accredited Paralegal & Head of Court of Session Litigation at MBS Solicitors.
