FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is not set minimum age to attend our classes - but anyone must be able to fully engage with the content of the class and we recommend children under 16 only attend classes when they are coming with an ***** who is also taking part in the class.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is useful to have EITHER an e ticket or a print out to confirm a place, but we will have a full list of the people who have booked, so any form of ID will ususally suffice.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you are free to change your information.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please contact us before the class to arrange a ticket transfer.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
