10:30 Dublin Connolly - Balbriggan 11:15. Return 15:50 Balbriggan - Dublin Connolly, arriving back at 16:35.
Depart from Dublin Connolly as we head north along the infamous Great Northern Railway (Ireland) mainline passing through the northside suburbs of Killester, Raheny, Donaghmede, then onto the North County Dublin towns of Malahide, Donabate and Skerries. Our steam train will cross the Broadmeadows Estuary and Rogerstown Estuary en route.
On arrival in Balbriggan, you will have the day to explore this pretty seaside town. Head to the beach for a walk, enjoy the bars and caf├ęs of the town or make a visit to the various events taking place as part of Balbriggan Summerfest. You will have just over 4 hours to enjoy yourself, before hopping back on board for a spirited run back to the capital by steam.
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.
If travelling as part of a group - you MUST make one booking to be seated together. Seating requests cannot be made after.
You will receive your tickets by email as soon as your booking goes through. These are you tickets which you must print off for inspection on the day.
Seating allocations will be emailed, no later than 5 days before departure. Please check your emails.
Cildren aged 2 and under can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.
Child Tickets are valid for 3 - 15 year old's inclusive.
